- Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Returns
- If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at support@royal-jewels.us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning a product.
